Job preparation and placement
We assist people to obtain employment. Offering assessments, job development, and job coaching e.g. learning the job.
Day time support
For people not interested in work we offer volunteer options, continuing education and personal growth through music, physical fitness or the arts.
Residential Support
We operate three Group Homes for persons requiring support in daily living in a congregate setting (4 to 6 residents per home).
We contract with homeowners in local communities to provide homes for individuals who want to live in a family setting.
We support people to live in their own apartments with in home supports.
Community Supports/Inclusion
We pride ourselves in helping people to realize the benefit of relationship. We network with in our community with civic organizations and with local business to create awareness and genuine potential for those we serve to build their own personal relationships.
Community Case Management
We provide adults with disabilities case management services. Case managers assist people to secure services and needed supports. Case management maybe regular and monthly or less frequent if that suits your lifestyle and needs.
Targeted Case Management
We serve children through case management services that help them to find the services and supports they need.
Personal Supports
We support adults with disabilities in their daily lives to live full lives with friendships and community opportunities.
